PROGRESS 2 STOREY SHOPLOT PHASE 3 AT SIERRA PERDANA, MASAI, JOHOR

Pembelian 2 storey ni x dirancang ,.....dan tetiba jer nak beli sebab masa beli uamh kat Sierra tu survey area ni akan naik sebab sebelah highway...dan termsuk dalam Wilayah Nusajaya Development...kira punyer kira..bolehlah beli...utk Phase 2 dah habis..tinggal Phase 3 yang berapa unit  jer lagi...so decide belilah..dan 6 bulan dok kiran cukup tak duit tu....hehe.sebb kene kira dengan timeframe MAH SING dengan bank nak kene sediakan duit....so lastly, we all decide ambik bumi unit..m\nka beli yang 3 storey tu x mampu...near RM IM pulak harganyer....UKUR BAJU KAT BADAN SENDIRI....ikut kemampuan

Masuk loan pulak untuk commercial paling banyak loan approved 80%..tapi sebab contract status, loan lepas 70% jer...heheh....berkira kira tu... 30% kene cari tu! kira kira pusing kiri kanan..lastly ambik gak...campur dgn duitlawyer..bank..lawyer developer...melayang juga...xxxk.Oh sengkek selama 6 bulan..pusing mengumpul duit....

 Unit kami di bahagian belakang...2 storey..depan MAH SING buat 2 storey



2. Future development ada apartment 4blok, 25 tingkat..so dah adaa market kat situ...tgh piling la ni progress apartment tu..bukak harga statring RM 288K..dah siap bi\oleh jadi RM 400K...ni dekat jer dgn singapore...15 Mnutes jer

4.Planning nak berniaga at least da ada shoplot..so x payah sewa..kalo x niaga sendiri pun...sewakan pun boleh..buat asset....

5.Baru nak berjinak jinak dalam bidang hartanah...so...setelah study and analysis....decide to buy....shoplot yang phase 2 dulu harga RM500K...completed dapat CF...DAH JADI 800K...erm....so..yang aagk agak Phase 3 ni camner? mudah mudahan naik harga...hish melabur banyak ni...
