Pembelian 2 storey ni x dirancang ,.....dan tetiba jer nak beli sebab masa beli uamh kat Sierra tu survey area ni akan naik sebab sebelah highway...dan termsuk dalam Wilayah Nusajaya Development...kira punyer kira..bolehlah beli...utk Phase 2 dah habis..tinggal Phase 3 yang berapa unit jer lagi...so decide belilah..dan 6 bulan dok kiran cukup tak duit tu....hehe.sebb kene kira dengan timeframe MAH SING dengan bank nak kene sediakan duit....so lastly, we all decide ambik bumi unit..m\nka beli yang 3 storey tu x mampu...near RM IM pulak harganyer....UKUR BAJU KAT BADAN SENDIRI....ikut kemampuan

Masuk loan pulak untuk commercial paling banyak loan approved 80%..tapi sebab contract status, loan lepas 70% jer...heheh....berkira kira tu... 30% kene cari tu! kira kira pusing kiri kanan..lastly ambik gak...campur dgn duitlawyer..bank..lawyer developer...melayang juga...xxxk.Oh sengkek selama 6 bulan..pusing mengumpul duit....

Sebab nak beli sangat:
1. Harga property naik, lokasi stratergik..termasuk dalam lingkungan JOHOR BAHRU...Majlis daerah johor bahru tengah walaupun sebelah jer Pasir Gudang...sebelah highway

PERSIAPAN BABY BARU DEC 2014

Today is 30 weeks pregnancy...uri kat bawah jer..kene berehat samapi dec ni....so..businesss slow...tahankan untuk pegi dan balik keje jer ni...sakit nak berjalan tak sabar nak bersalin..hish hish..kali ni pregnant x mabuk langsung..x muntah langsung. Alhamdulillah cuma pening sikit sikit..sakit pinggang...sakit kaki...tapi lain pulak..uri kat bawah...bahaya sanagt...tahankan jerlah sampai due december ni...

Bab nak bersalin ni berbelahbagi...nak bersalin kat Putrajaya atau kat Pasir Gudang? kat Pasir Gudang baru sekali checkup...Putrajaya...plan next week..set time nak bersalin...uri asyik kat bawah jer...sakit nak berjalan...no choice bersalin operation ...sama mcam IRIS dulu...dah booked Kat Penawar Pasir Gudang...ish.nak book 2 tempat ker?Hasil pencarian PUTRAJAYA hospital under FPPS....kawan kata kat sini facilities and layanan puashati...tp if lahir PUTRAJAYA jadi anak PUTRAJAYA x jadi anak JOHOR pulak....semangat JOHOR betullah...

Banyak persiapan blum beli lagi:next 2 weeks 30 oct 2014 ada MOMs and Baby ekspo kat Shah Alam...hope dapat memborong apa yang belum beli lagi tu heh..today kat midvalley...x larat...nak berjalan pun tak larat..hish tengok promotion memang murah dari harga biasa.....

Full Paying Patient Scheme (FPPS)

Full Paying Patient (FPP) service is a limited private healthcare practice at Hospital Putrajaya.
All patients who choose to be under the FPP service will be charged for each treatment provided or procedure performed by the specialists of their choice at a very competitive price.

Who is Eligible to be a FPPS patient

Citizens and non-citizens of Malaysia.

Registration / Treatment Hours
Working days (8.00 am - 5.00 pm)

FPPS Registration
To register, patient must bring along the following documents :
i. Identity Card/Birth Certificate /Visa/Passport
ii. Guarantee Letter (GL) from the company or insurance company stating their eligibility for the FPPS Scheme.
iii. Deposit
iv. Reference Letter / Appointment Card (if available)

Note: Patients who choose the FPPS Scheme should have to sign the FPPS Scheme Agreement Form /Consent Form

Dietary Menu for FPPS Patient

FPPS patients would be served with the menu based on the existing menu for the First Class Ward.

Deposit/Down payment
Patients are required to pay a deposit based on the stipulated rates:
A minimum of RM 3,000.00 or 50 % of the estimated total cost of treatment whichever is higher.
Additional Deposits

Deposits are to be reviewed daily to ensure adequate balance of not less than RM 1,000
A letter of reminder for additional deposit will be issued to the patient/ kin from time to time when the balance of the deposit falls to RM 1,000
Additional payments must be made within 24 hours from the date of receiving the letter of reminder.

Patients are required to submit payment upon registration and consultancy as stated in schedule below;

Note:

Patients who have agreed to the FPPS are required to pay before being allowed obtain the prescribed medicine or before given an appointment for repeat treatment
Receipt of payment will be issued after all bills are paid.
