Alhamdulillah...finally our dream comes true...after 4 years stayed MACAM BISKUT at No 34, Jalan Camar 2, Taman Scientex, Pasir Gudang, Johor.
Masa we all beli umah CAMAR ni, 6 months before getting married, is about jan 2009...we all pikr drpd nak sewa so, we all cari terus umah sebab:
- Jimat dari menyewa bayar untuk harta sendiri
- Nk cr umah yg dah siap, no need to wait COMPLETION construction phase, so, nikah jer jun 2009, terus masuk umah..
- Umah mampu milik...x mahal sn gt...time tu survey area kat taman scientex jer...sebab bb dekat nak g keje kat SDE atau MMHE.kalo kota masai crowded sangat pulak and heavy traffic...bukit dahlia... agak mahal dan lease hold...dan umh sri alam pulak jauh ke dalam...jb..jauh snagt nak g keje and highway PG heavy traffic....so.. beli kat scientex...freehold and dekat dgn highway senai desaru.....kalo x duduk sini kami boleh sewakan student politeknik...umah camar yg kami beli tu..org tu x lepas loan, so kami grab terus...umah yg sederhana sahaja keluasannyer 16’ x 60’...ada tanah 10’ belakang...international lot and freehold..intermediate lot..
- Nak corner lot pulak...erm... BB...kan kita beli umah ni for temporary jer...so, x yah beli umah yang corner...masa tu agak murah untuk corner lot RM150K..dalam RM1K sebuln...msa tu i tengh final semester master kat UTM...so, bb...kita beli biasa biasa jerlah...nanti kita beli umah lain yer..hehehee itulah ceritanyer homestay D’Iiris ni...... Buat harta duniawi
- Harga hartanah semakain mahal, grab cepat
- Extra saving becoz , reduce monthly instalment
- Malas nak berpindah randah kalo menyew
- Boleh permenant deco deco..

x hire contractor...we all survey and beli barang sendiri and just upah Indonesian to renovate our house. Estimation
done by ourselves...Alhamdulillh dgn ilmu QS yang seadanyer....
Just to share, wall finishes
and materials we survey at Pasir Gudang ni, we go to the XXX ware house and i heard there is another warehouse ..... For the wall finishes, we bought at XXXX near Giant Plentong. The
price is cheaper than xxxx. Later i will share with u other places that offer
competitive price!I still keep all billing for my reference...and a lot cheaper
rather than hire contractor...it s normallah
businesskan...mestilah ada untung...we have time, can manage and we shall use
our QS knowledge!
